What is Curious?

Curious is a suite of natural language processing models dedicated to facilitate the generation of scientific knowledge.

Using AI, Curious can use abstracts to propose titles for scientific journals, as well as it can write whole paragraphs for the introduction section of your article - think of it as a 'partner' for your writing process.

Why Curious?

Curious does not aim to replace the text written by qualified researchers, but to facilitate the process of scientific writing.

This tool will be soon completetly free and open source - a small gift to scientific and medical community.

Who is behind Curious?

Curious is being developed at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein in São Paulo, Brazil by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, and computer and life scientists.

The team includes the data scientist Andrew Maranhão (Big Data Analytics), Dr Edson Amaro, Dr Birajara Soares Machado, and Dr. Helder Nakaya (with special thanks to Dr Gilberto Szarf). The platform for testing the Curious results (the "Turing Test for Scientist" in Crowdnotation website) was developed by Juan Carlo Silva, Jeevan Giddaluru, Manoela Gomes Domingos da Silva, and Luiz Durão.

We hope this tool will help you write with more efficiency and efficacy.

If perception is the evolutionary precursor to intelligence then curiosity is the pathway to science.

Cheers friend;
